For salon appointments we suggest you arrive 5 minutes early to ensure the future appointments are accommodated on the same time frame. Come early to relax and enjoy a beverage. Browse our extensive retail area for the latest in skin and hair care needs or page through our hair books if you are looking for a style change.
For spa appointments we suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to change in our locker room and secure a private locker, choose an essential oil for your treatment and take a short skin and health analysis. Relax in our spa waiting area while preparing for your service.
As your reservation time is reserved for you, if you are late for your appointment we will try to accommodate you with the time remaining. Please understand your reservation may have to be rescheduled for a later date/time.
To ensure your preferred stylists or spa therapists we recommend you schedule your future reservation in advance. If at any time your feel you would be more comfortable with another service provider please don't hesitate to let us know.
Cancellations/No show policy
We understand situations where canceling a reservation may arise, please be courteous and try to cancel with a 24-hour notice so we will be able to accommodate another guest. If there is continuous no/shows or cancellations you will be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card. In extreme cases your card will be charged the full service amount.
If multiple services in the spa are booked we require a credit card to hold your reservation and our cancellation policy is 48-hour notice. If there is a late cancellation or no show or card will be charged 50% of the service totals.
Payment is required when your service has been completed. We are pleased to honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash and Anani gift cards* are also accepted. Personal checks are no longer accepted.
Gratuities are not included on any services, but are gratefully appreciated. You may provide them to the front desk coordinators.
We serve complimentary water, herbal teas, coffee, wine and beer.
We welcome children for services, but please ensure they will be supervised. Anani salon and spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
